About William Chavez
The course work: Williams González Chávez, the influence of surrealism and Latin American fantastic painting in his pictorial work between 1992 and 2019, aims to analyze the artistic production of a local artist, but with particular emphasis on the surrealist notions that make their language a singular expression within the local plastic arts.
A new objective has been incorporated into the investigation related to the need to categorize according to the time the plastic production of Williams González Chávez. Precisely in compliance with this objective, the following section is presented: William González Chávez: mapping of a trajectory. From its beginnings to the formation of its own language.
