Refund policy

Return and requested must be submitted within the following requests: 

• Original Artwork: 7 calendar days from the date of delivery 
• Prints: 14 calendar days of delivery from the date of delivery

Returns received outside of the stated return periods will not be accepted. 

Return shipments must be arranged through Oleos & Canvas and shipped in original packaging, including all certificates received with the order. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. 

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment form once we have received the artwork and verified its condition. 

All refunds will be processed in CAD 

Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds
