Lazaro Reinier Tamayo Jaime

The word of "Tamorgano" is a neologism (newly coined term) that is the unique union of the artists last name Tamayo and with the vocabulary of "órgano" which is a fundamental characteristic of his creation. Dreamlike landscapes, towns populated by bio forms, and in occasion an exploration of the dreams and fantasies form the center of his art. It is a language of symbols and organic forms that form a cloudy composition that can’t help but draw us in.

During the Covid 19 pandemic, he was unable to secure art supplies within the island. This caused him to create a series of artworks on art paper made of ink. These works exemplify his masterful understanding of the basics and show why he is an incredible painter.
